This is common, so common that 9 out of 10 people in this whole WORLD are frustrated of something and 3 out of these are so used to frustration that they find something on their own to get frustrated.
Change your posture:
I don’t have any scientific support here but I am damn sure about this one, whenever you get frustrated of something just change the posture of your body, if you are standing then sit down if you are laying then stand up and so on. It changes the blood circulation speed of the body and frustration or anger is affected.
There will be many conditions where you won’t be able to drink water when you will get frustrated but this is something you need to do when ever it’s possible.
Ask you’re loved one for some time to be with you. By sharing our frustrations to friends or family you can borrow peace of mind. I know you know this; it’s just to make sure. Smiling.
Walk or run:
Any work out which releases the sweat, also releases frustration I believe. So work out regularly to be more active and positive.
Whenever you are in a condition of loss of mind. Don’t worry, do something that doesn’t require it. In this way you won’t waste your time and your concentration will revive.
