Introduction to leadership

I would not be formal and I would not be mentor, I will explain what I think I should. If you’re looking for the meaning of leadership:

“Leadership has been described as the “process of social influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task”. Definitions inclusive of the nature of leadership have also emerged. Alan Keith of Genentech states that “Leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen.” According to Ken “SKC” Ogbonnia, “effective leadership is the ability to successfully integrate and maximize available resources within the internal and external environment for the attainment of organizational or societal goals.”

Leadership is what that makes you move one step faster and earlier than others, it’s what that makes you think faster than others, it’s what that makes you take action before others do.

So what is leadership, it’s a quality that can change your life if utilized properly, In this blog I will be explain different issues, problems and their solutions about leadership.

Leadership helps a person to develop a sight or vision to see what normal people can’t.

A leader is also responsible to create more leaders by inspiring and influencing other people. Leadership is like a viral qualitative skill which spreads really really fast. For example one person sees a successful leader and is influenced and tries to become like him, so it’s a very positive kind of quality. It might be the reason you are here searching to develop leadership skills and I assure you that I would try my level best to make you like what you really want to be.

Some people might be threatened or jealous to see some other guys stand out of the crowd but it’s a natural phenomenon over all leadership is a win win strategy.

Another intro of leadership is that a leader has a firm decision power and all of his decisions are authentic and strong, leaders always stick to their decisions and they don’t compromise on anything and don’t lose their focus due to small distractions. You do you want to be a leaders?Leadership is a virtue of great value in today’s society.  It is not set in isolation but is set in the context of organisations and the wider society.  It is central to the work of the honor society in the 21st century.  It is the pre-work to strategic planning which ultimately leads to specific managerial tasks.  Leadership is a function of questions.

Leadership is a relational process occurring between and among members in groups and organizations who have common goals and purposes.  It is a complex process by which the leader influences others to perform and achieve.  It is an ability because a leader must have the intellectual awareness to perform in ways that attract others.  It is a relationship, not between the coach and the “coachee,” but between the leader and the colleague.  Leadership is not a trait possessed by everyone.

 

Leadership will be defined in service, not in religious jewelry or costuming for God, as the Pharisees would model it.  It has also become a pervasive subject of management education research and practice.  It is about influencing people to follow while management is about maintaining systems and processes.  It is essential to improved governance.  Leadership is an important part of the human condition.

 

Leadership is viewed as a process rather than as a position.  It is second only to classroom instruction among all school-related factors that contribute to student achievement.  It is typically thought of as something that is done to followers.  It is not just for leaders anymore.  Leadership is one of the most observed and least understood phenomena on earth.

 

Leadership may also be seen or understood in light of organizational cultures and the influences of outside or external pressures.  It is as subjected to theatre as are its spectators.
