Limit your distractions:
Multi-tasking looks good, but on computers, research have shown that any work done in single tasking is finish 40% earlier and better then multi-tasking. Multi-tasking is sometimes effective but not in the tasks where thoughtful decisions, financial transactions or numbers are involved.
Relax your eyes – The 20-20-20 Rule:
Your eyes have to bear loads of work pressure while on the work, be it computers or laptops so you need to give your eyes some relaxing time. According to medical research, the 20-20-20 rule is really effective and gives positive results. For every 20 minutes of work, you need to pause and concentrate on anything 20 feet away for 20 seconds, this gives you the relaxation of muscles and relieves the eye pain.
Make a To-do-List:
You have an intelligent brain we know, but in this fast life your brain is not as much reliable as it used to be, we need to use a to-do list of paper. Writing on paper first of all takes you away from the screens of all the electronic devices and secondly it’s always with you to see what to be done.
